Whether you need to come in for an appointment or not, a tax organizer helps to ensure you are maximizing all the tax credits you are entitled to.

NOTE: Please download the organizer to your computer first. Then you can fill out and save the information within the form as you go, as it often takes time to collect all of your information. After you have completed it, please forward the organizer (printed or digitally) to our office for immediate service.

New clients
If you have an office appointment, please print out this organizer and bring it with you to the meeting. A word of caution, be sure to download and save the form to your computer FIRST. If you try to fill these forms out without downloading and saving, your work will not save as expected.
